We're upgrading our topic assignment pipeline to be powered by Copilot, delivering significantly improved accuracy in categorizing survey comments into relevant topics.

What changed:
The topic assignment pipeline in Viva Glint now uses Copilot to categorize survey comments more accurately. Five new topics—Psychological Safety, Artificial Intelligence, Privacy & Data Use, Hybrid Work, and Ethics—are added to the taxonomy. This feature is controlled by the existing Glint Copilot VFAM toggle and applies only to ad-hoc and recurring surveys at launch.
