Previously, Copilot could only pull images from a single Organizational Asset Library. It can now access enterprise assets stored across multiple SharePoint OALs, enabling richer and more flexible content generation.

This update ensures Copilot can use the full range of approved organizational visuals, improving brand consistency and content quality.
Try this:
Go to Insert>Picture>Brand Images: See all your OALs and pick Images from the OAL you want.
Ask Copilot to create a slide using your organization’s approved imagery.
Generate multiple slide variations using assets from different OALs.
Use Copilot to update a presentation with the latest brand‑approved visuals.
