Preparing for meetings can be time and effort-intensive. New enhancements to Copilot's meeting preparation experience help streamline the process. Directly within the Outlook meeting event form, Copilot can now proactively generate key insights to help you prepare for specific meetings. Copilot also suggests additional ways that it can help you prepare, from finding the pre-reads to learning more about the meeting's intended outcome. User can then continue the conversation via chat, and get answers to additional questions that are top-of-mind. In addition, Copilot now supports all meeting types – including 1:1 meetings – via the meeting preparation experience.
