What changed:
Copilot now searches meetings using topics or keywords found in the meeting body, chat messages, and transcription text from the past two months. Previously, meeting searches were limited and did not include chat or transcript content. This change improves search accuracy and relevance across multiple data sources.
Why:
Users need to locate meetings related to specific subjects quickly. Including chat and transcription data in searches provides a more comprehensive view and saves time.
Try this:
Open Copilot and enter a topic or keyword in the search box.
Review the list of meetings that include the keyword in the body, chat, or transcript.
Select a meeting to view details and related content.
Why this matters:
This update helps users find relevant meetings more efficiently by searching all related meeting content.
Business impact:
Teams can access complete meeting information faster, improving collaboration and decision-making.
Personal impact:
You spend less time searching for meetings and more time preparing for relevant discussions.
