Edit capability for selecting permission reading option for existing ServiceNow Knowledge & Catalog Connections

Earlier admins had to create new connections to adopt to the hierarchical permissions for ServiceNow Knowledge & Catalog Copilot Connectors as the edit capability was missing. Now, admins can easily edit their existing connections to switch between the permission handling option i.e. Simple vs Advanced to quickly adopt to the hierarchical permission feature.
